The room was really nice and had a peaceful atmosphere. The bathroom was spacious and clean. There was a complete kitchen area. We enjoyed the morning walk and jogging around the area, as well as swimming in the Club House pool. Despite a few drawbacks, we still recommend staying at Meru Suites At Meru Valley Resort. it was a pleasant experience.

Beyond expectation. Quiet resort. Nice, clean studio unit. Good place to relax. Green surroundings. Fast internet. Courteous and attentive staff. Smooth check-in/out. Delicious food. Lovely cafe. Surprised with a birthday cake.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel nestled in the mountains, surrounded by natural forest reserves. The staff was courteous and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The hotel even offered parking, which was very convenient for us. The location provided a great escape from the bustling city noise, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. The cleanliness was impeccable and the breakfast was delicious, offering great value for money.

Not one thing.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to numerous activities for all ages. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with an array of choices to fit every palate, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, complete with all of the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel provided daily housekeeping service, which was a definite bonus.

during our stay, we experienced some issues with the air conditioning in our room, and the hotel staff seemed unavailable to fix the problem. Despite these few setbacks, overall the experience was positive, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

We had a fantastic experience staying in a serene and peaceful environment surrounded by nature. the restaurant was always offering delicious dishes with plenty of variety. the room was spacious and well equipped with comfortable bed and good range of weight training equipment was available for our use.

The location was a bit remote and accessing the main attractions required a car, making it less convenient for those without their own transportation.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the spa lounge and treatment rooms were perfect for indulging in a relaxing massage and facial. the beauty treatment and manicure I received were top-notch. I also enjoyed lounging by the swimming pool on the comfortable sun loungers. the room advantages were exclusive, with a spacious and well-furnished leisure area. the restaurant served delicious food with great service. the private facilities were impressive and convenient.

The only minor issue I had was the noise level in the corridors. Although the room was soundproofed, I could hear security banging doors in the middle of the night.

Our Christmas stay was fantastic! We enjoyed the spacious and clean room with a balcony that had an amazing view of nature. We also appreciated having the option to turn on either the fan or A/C depending on the weather. the breakfast was delightful with a mini buffet and set menu. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and found the location to be convenient for exploring the surrounding area. One of our favorite features was the kitchen equipped with everything we needed for cooking.

Although we had a great time overall, we would have preferred an ironing board in our room rather than having to go to the laundry station downstairs. some of the staff were not as attentive as others.
